Improving your home practice

With a bit of patience and some solitary quiet time, you can slowly begin to add a home practice to your yoga experience. This is a time to do what your body really needs, staying in each pose as long as you wish. If you take classes, you can choose poses from class that feel right for you that day. You don't need to practice the poses in any sequence, just let your body move the way it wants to.
